12.36 service Tax 8979
5.5 VAT 4015
Total 92935

04 August 2014 As per mu view tds shall be deductd @10% u/s 194j on 82415 i.e (78400+4015)

TDS shal notbe deducted if your vendor has deducted TDS when he purchased the same.
