earlier i don't have PAN but my TDS deducted for Rent income. but i got PAN card now. how to take the refund for earlier deducted amount?

The deductor has to be requested to rectify his TDS return in which he can mention the PAN. . After rectification, you may see the amount as appearing in your Form 26AS and can get refund by filing the return.
