Tds amount claim back

My dad is a central government employee. His tds is deducted monthly. But my dad also taken housing loan from bank for which he monthly paid emi. His monthly income is 25000 and he paid emi of 11000. After claim emi he doesn't fall in tax slab. So how to get tds amount back which deducted monthly .

your father needs to file income tax return.. and in that he can claim refund...!!!
