WHAT WILL BE YOUR ANSWER IF TRANSPORTER DO NOT PROVIDE PAN NO....

i am a regarding from tax calculation by recepts.

total recepts-1,40,654/- inclusive service tax 6.18% & education cess, sec.& hig. sec. cess inclusive by recepts.

08 June 2012 There is no need to deduct tax if transporte provides Pan No.

If the same is not provided, Tds shall be deducted @ 20%
