dear experts,
one of my client (sc and st development department(govt))his accountant has deduct the tds of employee and deposit it into treasury. but not yet filed tds return of f.y.10-11 and 11-12.
what are the penalty and suggest the way.

Please file it now and issue the certificate, if you wont file then deductee will not get tax credit
