as we know that no tds is deducted on membership fees but what happened when the party is adding service tax on the bill on the membership charges,whether tds is deducted in that case

01 May 2012 TDS provisions are not designed for service tax. If the basic payment is itself not in purview of TDS, then there is no question of TDS even if service tax is levied.
