what is the consequence / penalty -------if i am short deduction of tds and non deduction of tds u/s 195 on payment of interest ?

The amount of short tax /non-deducted tax+interest thereon+disallowance of business deduction or as the case may be dependidng upon the complete facts of the relevant case.
