08 December 2011 by mistake i have ticked the option
TDS / TCS Regular Assessment (Raised by I.T. Dept)(400) instead of TDS / TCS Payable by Taxpayer (200) in tds challan, will it make any difference

08 December 2011 Yes. Get the same corrected through bank inside 3 months from the date of payment provided Challan deposit date is greater than equal to September 1, 2011. If challan is of earlier date then you ned to write a letter to your TDS AO requesting him to make the correction in challan data.
