I AM WORKING IN A PVT LTD COMPANY AND OUR IT RETURN WAS SUBMITTED LAST WEEK BUT ONE OF OUR CLIENT SAYS 3LAKH TDS WAS DEDUCTED FY2010-11 SO U TAKE THE CREDIT AND REDO THE FILING AND CLAIM THE REFUND WHETHER IT IS POSSIBLE OR NOT OR ANY OTHER WAY TO CLAIM THIS ISSUE PL HELP ME, I TOLD PL SHOW UR BS IN CURRENT LIABILITY AND CREDIT THIS YEAR 2011-12 IS IT IS CORRECT OR NOT

Refund can be claimed only if in 26AS shown the refund amount so please confirm form the deductor that he has file the TDS return and one more thing that revised return can be filed only if the original return is filed within the stipulated time.
