Whether TDS is to be deducted on the Maintenance Charges paid to Market Association if the same is beyond the ceiling limit U/s 194C.

Mr. Bijoy : the reply u have given is already known to me that if a case fall in the category of Contract then TDS is to be deducted U/s 194C but my question was whether this case falls in the category of Contract or not.
