13 August 2011 On cash basis of accounting whehter we can take the TDS amount while computing the incometax. But the actual income recd during the year but TDS paid on the previous year.

13 August 2011 TDS credit should be taken in the year in which the deductor has deducted and paid the same irrespective for the method of accounting.
