Is it like I cannot claim TDS, deducted in the current year if the income is related to the previous year.....

?????

07 August 2011 IYou can claim the TDS only in the year in which it is deducted. It can not be carried forward, either it will adjusted against current year tax payable or it will be refunded to you but it cannot be used to settle your tax liability of any other year.
