IS THERE ANY WAY TO FIND OUT THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NUMBER PRINTED ON PROVISIONAL RECIPT NUMBER.

You must be remembering where you have filed. Go to the concerned department and find out from their computer system. If you have filed it then it will appear and you can get a copy of it.
