We have to give TDS certificate with in 15 days from the quarter end in case of first third quarter & in last quarter with in 2 months but I want to know what are the penalty provision if we not issue TDS certificate to the Deductor with in prescribed tome limit?

penalty not define. but its mandatory by law.
