27 June 2011 DEAR ALL
I have mistakenly omitted to enter the deductee detail of one challan while filing my original return. Now it is known that to make revised return it is compulsory to download the FVU file from the NSDL website. That’s why I registered my TAN no in the NSDL website to make request of the FVU file of the original return. But when I login into my account and make request it is shown that I have exceeded the specified limit and I should ligin the next day to get the consolidated file. My TAN have been registered four days earlier and I cont able to download the FVU file.
Plese clarify which is the Specified limit for downloading the FVU file.
I request you to reply at the earliest as I am in the compulsion to give 16 A to my deductees.
