PLEASE GUIDE WHERE THE ASSESEE FOR THE A.Y. 2011-12 HAS AN AUDIT SUBJECT TO SEC. 44AD. WHERE HIS TURNOVER IS LESS THAN RS. 60,00000/- & HIS NET PROFIT IS LESS THAN 8% SO, HIS BOOKS REQUIRES AUDIT. WHETHER FOR A.Y. 2012-13 TDS PROVISIONS TO DEDUCT TAX & GET TAN NO. APPLIES TO ASSESEE OR NOT??
