1. Whether TDS is applicable for discounting charges paid to Non Banking Fianance Company(NBFC)? If applicable under what Section it is applicable? 2. Director sitting fee paid to the directors will attract TDS? if applicable under what Section? pls clarify my doubt ASAP.
