Our cashier wrongly paid the TDS u/S 94c of Rs 22014 instead of Rs220/-for the date 31.03.2011. My question is how could we claim it back as refund? and procedures for the sme? or any other way...

yes,you can claim refund as per latest circular no.2/2011 [F. NO. 385/25/2010-IT(B)], DATED 27-4-2011 issued by CBDTfor regulating the procedure for refund of excess TDS deducted / paid.
