10 May 2011 If some one takes participation in Trade Fair whether TDS should be deduct for participation fees.

Pls provide details for participation in foreign and for India

10 May 2011 For Participation In India- tax should be deducted as per the provisions of sec.194I of the I. tax act,1961. For participation in abroad sec.195 is applicable.

12 May 2011 If you are making payment for the hiring the space in the exhibition, then ofcourse sec. 194I is applicable.
