MY CLINET HAD RECEIVED NOTICE U/S 201(1) & (1A) OF THE I T ACT FOR INTEREST AND SHORT DEDUCTION OF TDS ON 15.03.2011 FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2007-08 AND 2008-09.
WHAT IS THE TIME LIMIT TO ISSUE NOTICE FOR THE ABOVE FINANCE YEAR ?
IF THIS NOTICE ARE NOT VALID THAN WHAT ACTION TO BE TAKEN
