01 April 2011 Due date of filing TDS return for the last quarter of 2010-11 is 15th May 2011.

01 April 2011 Quarterly return submission by the payer to the government

April-June Due date 15th july
July-September Due date 15th Oct
Oct-Des Due date 15th january
Jan- March Due date 15th May

If TDS return not filled in time the penalty of Rs. 100 per day till default continues.
