23 March 2011 Any employee Join in Mid of the Financial Year then we calculate his TDS only after joining in the company or consider previous company salary to calculate TDS.

If his salary approx 28000 P.M. in previous company but no TDS deduct then we calculate his TDS considered previous company Salary??
