We are making payment to Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board towards certain application fees. This application fees paid to Tamil Nadu Pollution control Board for conducting a public hearing to ascertain the views about the feasibility of our project will this application fees subject to Tax Deduction? In case TDS is applicable under what section and grounds? please send the reply asap.
