We have Paid Rent 2,00,000 p.a , but the rent devided into three person (Mr.A Rs.1,20,000, Mr. B Rs.40,000 & Mr.C Rs. 40,000) then can I Deduct TDS For Rent (Very Urgent)

if you are paying in single amount and receipt in single man/company then tds applicable

No. TDS deduction is not required as the amount paid to individuals do not exceed the threshold limit.

If each of them have a definite and ascertainable share in the ownership of the property, Gupta Ji's view is O.K. Otherwise section 194I attracts.
