A partnership firm selling goods to pakistan and bangladesh on the basis of order received through a foreing agent. Commission is paid to agent abroad through bank transfer. whether tax has to be deducted at source in this case for commission paid ?

In this case TDS will not apply. The reason is - Income is not arised and recived in India.Also, there is no business relation in India.
