1) If the employer paid the Expense and nothing is recovered from the employee then you cannot claim...
2) If the employer paid the Expense and recovered from the employee then you can claim...
3) if you have paid the amount and furnish the detail to the employer for the purpose of less deduction of TDS from salary then you can also claim....
