PL TELL ME THAT WAHT IS LIMIT FOR PROFESSIONAL FEES FOR THE TDS DEDUCTION. TO PRIVATE COMPANY . WHO HAD RECEIVED PROFESSIONAL AND GOVT SERVIES FROM THE PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. WHAT IS TDS LIMIT AND RATE
