Assessee has not deducted I Tax at prescribed rates on Interest paid to others.SInce the amount is large enough , to avoid disallowance U/S 40A for A Y 2010-11 whether option of deducting Tax today and file revised TDS statement is open?

If TDS is paid before filing the return of Income, the expenditure will be allowed.

yes. if you paid TDS on or before the Income tax filling you can claim the expenses
