Sir,
We are payment to hotel for room rent and food charges for stay our visitors. please advice me is TDS provision applicable or not. If not then why?

If the hotel is taken for rent for a continuous period then only TDS would be deducted.
For normal hiring of hotels for stay during short trips, does not attract TDS provision.
