28 July 2010 can tds of A.Y 2010-11 be claimed in A.Y 2011-12? the income pertaining to the said tds has nt been taken into account for A.Y 2010-11. kindly reply asap

28 July 2010 Its better, you revise your ITR for AY 2010-11 & claim this TDS amt with this only as TDS on AY 10-11 can't be claimed in AY 11-12.

28 July 2010 TDS claim should be backed by Income.

If income has been shown in A. Y. 2010 - 11 then revise return is also an option.

If income will be shown in A. Y. 2011 - 12 then TDS claim possible.
