16 June 2010 Company X is getting a commission from a brokerage house i.e Company Y
Company Y Brokerage is subject to TDS but while letting out the commission to Company X he is not deducting any TDS on that.

Please advice is there any notification or circular ,case laws for such exemption for company X.
