14 June 2010 The TDS certificate received from a Pvt. Ltd Co doesn't contain date of it's issue. Whether the assessing officer can reject it ?

14 June 2010 No. if the TDS return has been properly filed AO cant reject it as now days claim is given on the basis of amount shown in NSDL. But it is bettre to get it dated from deductor.
