Dear All, sir i made a payment to consultancy behalf of client(Reimbursement Bill)but bill name of client name...whether i deduct TDS when i making payment to consultancy .

NO YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO DEDUCT TDS. YOUR CLIENT WILL HAVE TO DEDUCT TDS. YOU ARE SIMPLY REQUIRED TO PAY NET AMOUNT TO PROFESSIONAL AND THEN RECOVER THE SAME FROM YOUR CLIENT.
