hope you all are doing well..

I want to know the last date of depositing of tds for march 2010 and what is the last date of filing of return.

08 April 2010 Last date for payment of TDS for the month of March is 07.04

If account is credited on 31.03 then last of deposit of tax is 31.05

The last date of return filing for individuals, firms & HUF's not liable for audit u/s 44AB is 31.07 and for others it is 30.09.

08 April 2010 For Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q, due date is 15th June.
For form, 27EQ it is 30Th April.
