Dear exper, during the audit of a pvt. ltd. i found the accountant book the director salary as exp. on monthly basis, but he is actually paid salary on quaterly basis, so i am very confused regarding tds on salary, whether it payable as per monthly or payable as quater wise pls tell me clearly
