04 March 2010 Amount paid during the month of March = 7th of April.

Amount credited during 01.03.xx - 30.03.xx = 7th of April.

Amount credited on 31.03.xx = 31.05.xx

04 March 2010 TDS up to 30th March - to be paid 31st March

31st March deduction can be paid 31st May

But the Form 16 issue due date is 30th April. better can be paid before that
