03 October 2019 dear sir, i have filed my incometax return[audit case].one party has done tds in 2018-2019 but due to late i show this income[commision] in 2019-2020.also gst bill issued in 2019-2020and party is not ready to revise this tds return
please advice

13 February 2020 even if party is not ready to revise the tds return ( and it is logical too), you can claim the TDS in next year
