Do I deposit tds for the m.o. sept'09 within 7th oct'09 in old challan no. 281 in Bank ? if yes, please let me know will i follow the same procedure to deposit tds for the m.o. Oct'09 within 7th Nov'09 ?

Hi Sankar, You can deposit the TDS in challan no.281. You will have to take care the if tds is relating to company or cases covered u/s 44AB of Income Tax Act,1961, you will have to pay it online only.
