01 August 2017 If the employer deducts tds ,and has not filed the tds returns then how to get form 16 for the purpose of filing return.and what are the consequences to be faced by employer?

01 August 2017 1. you cannot get Form 16 unless the employer files its ETDS returns. 2. The employer is liable to a fee for delay in filing the return and penalty for non filing. employer will be proceeded against by the Department.
