25 September 2009 Can anyone help me with the TDS rates for the following for a Television broadcasting Company.

i) Channel Distribution charges
ii)Channel Placement charges
iii)Content production charges

25 September 2009 All the heads mentioned by seems to be in the nature of Service Contract, ie. for carrying out any work.

In my view, the rates specified in Section 194C shall be applicable.
