hi experts, if we pay salary for one of our director what's the TDS to be taken as per 192 or 197J (a)(ba). does can we give him an claim HRA,EPF etc.
he is the one of the director among 3 .

You can deduct TDS as per salary head. But, Not available HRA and EPF....
