What are The TDS provision regarding Payment of Postpaid Mobile or landline bill or internet bill( Provided There is no agreement between both the parties)??

Y to deduct TDS on that dear?? U may take cenvat credit of service tax from ur output service tax (if applicable), but u r not required to deduct any TDS on that amount.
