I HAVE HOTEL BUSINESS AND FOR PROMOTING THAT I GAVE ADVERTISEMENT IN FACEBOOK . NOW THE FACEBOOK SENDS ME THE BILL OF RS. 32000 MAY I HAVE TO DEDUCT TDS FOR THE SAME AS THE FACEBOOK IS AN FORIEGN ENTITY

Generally Facebook would not accept the payment if you deduct TDS and make the payment. Further, for the deduction of TDS, the company should have permanent establishment in India. As per my knowledge FB does not have any permanent establishment.
