Respected Sirs/Madams, Our property seesed by a Natiinal Bank and auctioned by them.In on one gentleman purchaged it for Rs.20000000/-.Is puchager responsble to pay TDS at the time of payiig the sale concederation? Both are recedent Indians. Please clarify. With Regards, BALU
