20 March 2016 Kisan Vikas Patar interest income is TDS ? At Internet Some says Yes Some Says NO. Too Confusing part. If yes Can we save TDS by withraw 10*₹10000 certificates not on one day but withdrawing everyday about 10 days

Deposits are exempted from the TDS at the time of withdrawal.
