in the previous year our employees retired from our college and they have paid a TDS by challan and this TDS can be seen from our TAN. Now the question is how to clear this query as employer.

So the amount of TDS is not deducted by you but the retired employees by their own will have deposited the TDS in your tan.

your statement shows TDS deductions are reflected by yr TAN statement, though the employee retired has paid the TDS, when so why you have worrysir?
