31 July 2009 IF ANY PARTY (SAY A) HAS DEDUCTED TDS AT A HIGHER PERCENTAGE ON THE BILLS OF SAY B,
QUERY
IS THERE ANY PROCEDURE SO THAT "B" CAN CLAIM REFUND OF EXCESS AMOUNT DEDUCTED FROM THE I.T. DEPT. IMEDIATELY.

Rather he has to file his proper return in time and there he can claim the refund of tax deducted.
