20 July 2015 Dear Sir,
1. As on 31 Mar 15, My banker credited interest of 10,000 and deducted the same as TDS.

2. Form 16 is not issued. How to determine amount of income on FD as interest earned on 31 Mar and tax paid ?

20 July 2015 you know the date of creation of FD, you know the interest rate...compute the accrued interest...not that difficult
