20 May 2015 Because we deduct tDS so need to file TDS return with all relevant information of pan no ,name of deductee and deductor

20 May 2015 TDS return is filed so that the TDS deducted gets credited against the PAN of deductee and they can claim the setoff of TDS against their tax liability while filing Income Tax Return.
