what is the different Professional Fees 194J and Sub contractor 194C .

when we have received service form outside i mean to say from outsourcing service. this service related to our company service .

but this service received from individuals person .

so this service is 194 j or 194c category.

please tell me.

Example: Labours, workman, Contractor, etc

Any work involves, talent, skill, knowledge, it will comes under section 194J
Example: Chartered Accountant, Doctors, Lawyers, etc

You can decide based on the nature of service received.
